How to send your clients properties, photos and documents in one link
A client is looking for a flat. You send three portal links, five photos, the listing PDF, the location and, once they decide, the tenancy agreement. All on WhatsApp, mixed in with messages from ten other agencies. Here's how to give them a tidy shortlist that stands out.
What to put in each client's shortlist
- Properties: each listing as a PDF and the link to the portal ad.
- Photos and virtual tours: images and videos or 360º tours.
- Location: each address on Google Maps, which goes to Places on its own.
- Documents: the tenancy agreement template, a viewing checklist, local prices.
When a new property comes in that fits, add it and it shows up on the client's phone, without opening another conversation.
Why it makes a difference
- The client gets a curated shortlist under your agency's name, not twenty loose messages.
- They can show it to their partner or family with the same link.
- You control access: when the deal closes, archive it or remove anyone who no longer needs it.
Channel or Collaborative: which to use
Channel
one person publishes, the rest view
A Channel for the client
- One Channel per client or area (“City centre, 2 beds, up to £1,200”).
- Only you add or remove properties; the client browses whenever they like.
- With Pro, also as a web page for people without the app.
Collaborative
everyone adds and edits
A Collaborative collection for the team
- The office's agents share new instructions, photos and documents.
- Everyone has the latest contract templates and listings at hand.
How to set it up in five minutes
- Install Linkalia and create a collection named after the group.
- Create the categories. For example: Properties, Photos, Location, Documents.
- Add material with Share from any app: PDFs, Word files, photos, YouTube videos, links or Google Maps locations.
- Tap the collection's name to open Collection info and, under Access, pick Channel or Collaborative.
- In the ⋮ menu, tap Share invite link: send it to the WhatsApp group or show the QR code.
Anyone without the app lands on the page to download it for free; no sign-up or email needed. As admin you see who's in the collection and can remove (and readmit) anyone.
See it in the app: Linkalia comes with the example collection “Central London Properties”. Once installed it's in your library, so you can see how it looks before creating your own.
